Dear Client,
With recent regular complaints from our existing customers, there is lot of drop in the network packets, so we have planned to migrate your VPS to new node located at our another Datacenter in Netherlands.
Clients hosted on the Netherlands Server Nodes will be migrated to NEW Netherlands Node, with NEW IP and better infrastructure. New Server configuration is equipped with higher resources compared to old Previous Node.
Migration is scheduled on 19th January, 2019
All clients will be migrated to New Netherlands Node. During migration, each client will have a ticket opened by our support department and will be updated with migration process.
Our migration team will make sure all the data and VPS contents will be migrated successfully. Migrated Client will be assigned with new IP address to their respective VPS. And details will be mailed to their registered email address. Client can login to their VPS with new IP, with their existing login details.
We will make sure this process will not cause long downtime to any clients. As a precautionary measure, we recommend all clients to take their daily backup of their Virtual Servers.
