If you would like to change the hostname of your VPS, you can easily change it as per your need. We recommend you to use FQDN(fully qualified domain name).
Ex: server1.example.com
- SolusVM Control Panel Information(Start, Stop, Restart & Reinstallation of OS)

Use your web browser to go to https://soluscp.scopehosts.com/
- In the Username text box, type your SolusVM username.
- In the Password text box, type your SolusVM password.
- Click Login.
- If you have multiple VPS in your accuont, select appropriate to change the hostname of VPS.
- Click on Manage, Under Controls > click on Hostname
- You have to add FQDN as shown, then click on Change
- Now, you have successfully changed the hostname of your VPS.
