- Login to WHM panel as root
- Navigate to Account Functions > click on Create a New Account
- You have to fill the required details of your domain which you want to create the cPanel account as follows:
> Domain Information: Enter the domain name on the account, set the username or leave it for default, generate the password and assign email
address associated with account
> Package: You can create the hosting packages, which makes easier to manage cPanel accounts, If you don’t have packages, Select the
“Select Options Manually” and set all the limits of your account
> Settings: Choose the cPanel theme to assign the user and select the appropriate language for the user/account ( ScopeHosts recommends
to use paper_lantern theme)
> Reseller Settings: If you have the access to create a cPanel account, It means that you have reseller permissions, you can give the permission
to access the WHM and able to create accounts themselves
> DNS Settings: You can configure the nameserver’s on the server, If the nameservers specified for this domain name are going to be on another
server, choose the option "Use the nameservers specified at the Domain's Registrar".

> Mail Routing Settings: You can set the server to handles the emails of your account,
Automatically - It will configure mail exchanger depending on the MX records and priority you set for them, we recommend you to select this option for cpanel user
Local Mail Exchanger- It will configure the server to always accept the mail locally whenever it is sent from the server or outside of the server.
Backup Mail Exchanger- It will configure the server as a backup mail exchanger, mails will be held until a lower number mail exchanger is available
Remote Mail Exchanger- It will configure the server not to accept mail locally and send mail to the lowest MX record.
Once you have done, click on Create,
