We would like to inform all our XEN-PV and XEN-HVM Windows VPS clients on node XEN03. Due to high risk Server failure on the node XEN03, we are forced
to migrate all our present clients present in the node XEN03 brand new latest server with high configuration.
We request all the clients of this node to cooperate during this migration process. All clients will be provided with new VPS details with new IP address.
Client needs to migrate all their files and database within 28-04-2015. Allowing 7days of time for each client to move their files and database to new VPS.
During this migration process, each client will have support ticket opened by our technical personals. Providing with the new VPS details.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this time period.
