How we resolve Clients Payment Issues ?
We get many Clients asking for the Payment Issues, and there are some of the cases listed below:
1. Paypal Payment not marked as Paid : Please Open a Support Ticket and give us the Transaction ID.
2. Payza Payment not marked as Paid : Please Open a Support Ticket and give us the Payment ID.
3. Webmoney : Please provide the Transaction ID in the Ticket.
4. EBS : Please provide the Transaction ID in the Ticket.
After we recieve the Client's Payment Transaction ID , immediately the Payment will be cleared and your service will be Updated.
