Spamming, known as unsolicited bulk email (UBE), junk mail, or unsolicited commercial email (UCE), is the practice of sending unwanted email messages, frequently with commercial content, in large quantities to an indiscriminate set of recipients.
We do not allow our services for Spam, ScopeHosts has strictly prohibited spamming. We do allow 500 mails per hour on Managed VPS services which are configured by the cPanel/WHM management support team.
ScopeHosts maintains a zero-tolerance policy for use of its network in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution, or delivery of any bulk e-mail, including unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“SPAM”). We do not allow Bulk emailing on our web hosting services
Once you received Spamming Report, your service will be suspended by the Abuse department and you will be notified through the Abuse report which contains a spam report of your IP address or domain. Then you have to respond to the abuse report by mentioning the proper usage of subscribed services. After that Abuse team will investigate the issue and respond to you back with proper action.
We request you to take appropriate action to ensure that the reported content is removed and/or the reported activity is ceased before the following deadline: [ 30 min as per IST]
Please note that failure to take timely action may, without any further warning, result in an IP block of the reported IP address or a complete suspension and/or termination of your account with ScopeHosts
