If you would like to reinstall the VPS, you can use our SoulsVM Control Panel to reinstall the OS as per your need. We will be notifying you the login details in welcome mail to your registered mail-ID, Once your order has been setup successfully.
Note: We suggest you to take the VPS backup (daily, weekly or monthly) , Reinstallation of OS will be removing all files in the VPS, so before processing the reinstallation, you should be having backup of your files

Use your web browser to go to https://soluscp.scopehosts.com/
- In the Username text box, type your SolusVM username.
- In the Password text box, type your SolusVM password.
- Click Login.
- List Virtual Servers and select the VPS which you would like to reinstall and click on manage
-Go to Controls menu, In General section you will be having Reinstall Option
- Click on Reinstall, you will be listing the various OS templates which is confgiured on our server node.
- Select preferred OS template and process Reinstall
- Click on Reinstall, you will be asking for confirmation popup. Click YES
- You have to wait upto 10 minutes for reinstallation get complete.
- You have successfully reinstalled you VPS, you can access the VPS with same login details, If you are facing any issue while accessing the VPS after reinstallation it, feel free to contact us at [email protected] ,we would be happy to help you.
