If you would like to reset root password of your VPS, you can easily reset it as per your need. We recommend you to use strong and secure password.
- SolusVM Control Panel Information(Start, Stop, Restart & Reinstallation of OS)

Use your web browser to go to https://soluscp.scopehosts.com/
- In the Username text box, type your SolusVM username.
- In the Password text box, type your SolusVM password.
- Click Login.
- If you have multiple VPS in your accuont, select appropriate to reset the root password.
- Click on Manage, Under Controls > click on Root/Admin Password
Note: We recommend you to use secure and strong password and should not use special character, only use alphanumeric keywords to reset the password.
- Once you enter the new password, click on Change
