How do I SSH into a VPS

SSH, Secure Socket Shell is a network protocol that provides administrator or root users with a secure way to access a remote computer. You will be having SSH access on Linux VPS hosting Once you have placed the order, you will be receiving VPS login details of SSH, SoulsVM and control panel details in welcome mail.

You have to install putty software on your local desktop to access the SSH, then you will be able to access the VPS with provided root login details of the VPS.

- Open putty

- Assign your VPS/Server IP in hostname/IP box with default SSH port 22.

- You need to access the SSH as root ,
Username: root
Password: "root password as given in the welcome mail of VPS/Server"

- you have successfully logged into your VPS via SSH.
