If you have subscribed a monthly hosting account on 30-08-2017, your hosting account will renew on 30-09-2017,
this policy will applies to all billing cycles.
Ex:
- Monthly (30-08-2017 to 30-09-2017),
- Semi-annually (30-08-2017 to 30-01-2018) and
- Annually (30-08-2017 to 30-08-2018)
Invoice Dates
Hosting accounts are invoiced 7days before to next due date, An invoice notification email will be sent to you at the
time of invoice generation,
Suspension
After completion of next due date of your hosting account, Your service become suspended due to non-payment
and we will send the suspension notification of your hosting account with this reason : Overdue on Payment
Ex: If your billing date was 09-08-2017, If you haven’t done the payment, Invoice notifications will be sent to you as follows:
- First Overdue Reminder on 10-08-2017
- Second Overdue Reminder on 11-08-2017
- Third Overdue Reminder on 12-08-2017
Termination
If outstanding balance is not paid within given time and not respond to overdue reminders, your hosting account will
be terminated for non-payment.
