Follow the below steps to create and manage support tickets in ScopeHosts client area,
- Log into client area
Create Support ticket
- Click on Open ticket in the menu bar
- Select the appropriate department related to query or request
Sales Department : Open Tickets Related to Sales & Custom Orders Queries
Support Department : Queries related to Technical department can be asked here.
Abuse Department : Queries related to abuse department can be asked here.
Administration Department : Queries regarding custom Business, Accounting, Billing And Complaints on ScopeHosts Services
General Information : Any information's needed related to our services and products
- After selecting an appropriate department, Enter the required details in order to submit the support ticket
Manage Support ticket
- To view support tickets,
- Go to Support in the menu bar and click on Tickets
- You will see the list of tickets that you have submitted till date and you can see date & time of support tickets, department, subject
status and last update of the support tickets
- To view particular ticket, click on View Ticket
- To reply, click on Reply and also you can attach any files or images.
- Click on Submit, to submit your reply.
