Follow the below steps to cancel the service,
- Log into client area
- Click on Services > select My Services
- After that click on View Details against which you want to cancel the service.
- Click on Management Actions > Request Cancellation
- You need to specify the reason for cancelling the service and select the cancellation type, then click on Request Cancellation
- Once you send a cancellation request, you will be receiving confirmation notification of request.
