Child Abuse :
Child Abuse is considered very serious and usually, the Clients get smaller amounts of time to respond to the Report. This Child Abuse Consists of Child Pornography, showing child abuse. Normally, the Client needs to respond to this type of Abuse within 30 minutes or else Client Services will be Suspended within 30 minutes as this is a Serious case. If any Client is getting continuous Child Abuse/Porn Reports, their Services will be Terminated Immediately and the Data of such Services will be lost.
ScopeHosts does not permit any site that contains:
(i) Images (including on banner ads) of nude models that appear to be under the age of 18.
(ii) Sexually explicit images (including on banner ads) of models that appear to be under the age of 18.
(iii) Sites containing language promoting child pornography together with any sexually explicit or nude images.
As required by cyber law in India, ScopeHosts will forward all offenders of this policy to the appropriate cyber agency.
Child abuse comes under the non-tolerance policy where the client`s all active services will be permanently suspended or terminated without any further notices.
